Ph.D. in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
The field of Logistics & Supply Chain Management (LSCM) is a growing and exciting area of business research as new technologies and transport systems make managing global logistics systems and supply chains more important than ever. The instructional component of the LSCM Ph.D. program provides a solid grounding in business, with advanced coursework covering the latest developments in LSCM and special focus on international and analytical aspects. The primary research focus of the program is applied research to better manage LSCM systems in an operating environment that is increasingly complex, international, and technologically-driven.
The LSCM Ph.D. program relies on the College of Business Administration’s nucleus of high quality faculty in the LSCM area. The program also leverages links with the College’s affiliated research centers (the Center for Transportation Studies and the Center for Business and Industrial Studies).
