Racen joined Northwestern Mutual in October 1999 and is the Director of Estate and Business Planning.  He specializes in the areas of business continuation arrangements, executive benefits to retain key employees, wealth preservation, and estate liquidity for business owners, executives, and professionals. The discussion will highlight the American Tax Relief Act of 2012 with specific focus on  the new 3.8% net investment income tax.
