Dr. James Breaugh
James Breaugh is a professor of management in the College of Business Administration at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. He has conducted research on the topics of employee recruitment, work-family conflict, job design, telecommuting, employee selection, statistical control, and voluntary turnover. His articles have appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Annual Review of Psychology, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, and Personnel Psychology.
